• Installing, configuring and maintaining our on-premises Linux environment deployed on VMWARE.
• Installing, configuring and further automating our Cloud environment in GCP and AWS utilizing Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible.

System Engineer

• Application monitoring using Zabbix.
• Scrum Master, organizing and facilitating the team's sprint meetings.
• Payment experience in Europe, U.S, Asia from Card, IBP, 3Ds and different local payment methods.
• Monitor and support Java applications both in the production and test environment.
• Daily operations include customer communication, troubleshooting in Linux/Unix, DB2 SQL.
• Deployments of applications in acceptance as well as production environment.

• Help customers where needed with API integrations, SMPP Connectivity, Plugin Troubleshooting etc.
• Manage account creations and SMPP connections as requested by the Commercial team.
• Manage connection troubleshooting settings and VPN Connections.
• Escalate problems by creating tickets with upstream MNOs and Aggregators.
• Monitor quality of traffic, monitor network congestions, bad traffic quality, network binds etc.
• Investigate to all the cases reported by the client on the traffic quality, new feature requests, disputes, and others.
• Offer and Apply rates and routing configurations in the system.
• Monitor messaging delivery rates per country and apply necessary routing configurations to ensure highest message delivery.

• Monitor and Control operation of the Yanzi IoT Platform.
• Together with the development and test/QA team continuously develop the NOC and DevOps process.
• Maintain and deploy applications in GCP and Azure.
• Ensure stable operation of Yanzi IoT services and cloud connectivity.
• Handle third line technical support.

• Monitor, troubleshoot and support applications both in the production and the acceptance environment.
• Deploy new applications and verify the functionality both in the production and the acceptance environment.
• Provide technical support around the payments platform to other departments.
• Communicate with banks and partners as necessary for the payment service to operate satisfactorily.
